1. General
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of MagClip (Jarl AB) through our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old.
2. Prices and Payments
- Prices: All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of changes in raw material costs, exchange rates, or VAT.
- Payment methods: We accept payment via Klarna. Payment must be made at the time of order.
3. Delivery

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
- Right of withdrawal: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. The product must be returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging.
- Return process: Please contact us via the website before returning the item to receive a return form. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us about the cancellation of the purchase.
- Refunds: After receiving and approving the return, we will refund the amount within 14 days. Please note that a depreciation fee may be deducted if the product has been handled in a way that has reduced its value.
5. Claims

- Right of complain: You have a 2-year right to make a complaint under the Consumer Purchase Act. In case of an approved complaint, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer repair, a replacement item, or a refund.
6. Warranty
MagClip comes with a 12-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.

8. Dispute Resolution
